    We purchase the buildings that house schools, removing the burden of an unstable lease.

    We act as a mission-aligned partner — not a landlord — reinvesting a portion of rent back into the school.

    Support

    Annual grants and capital improvements fund the upgrades and resources students need to thrive.

    Transfer

    Once acquisition financing is paid off, we intend to transfer building ownership to the school itself.

The Ownership Pathway

Schools that own their future

To give schools a true stake in their physical spaces, Wonderful Foundations fully intends to transfer the title of each building to the school once the acquisition financing is paid off — approximately 35 years from the start of the partnership.

This commitment is so central to who we are that we included it as a fundamental tenet of our tax-exempt mission to the IRS.
